Journey behind the Falls

Open Year round. Visit the Journey Behind The Falls for a breathtaking view of Niagara from down below. The tunnels extend only about 46 metres (150) feet behind the waterfalls, so there is not alot of walking. You can explore the tunnels at your leisure: the excursion is completely self-guided. Laura Secord Homestead

Maid of the Mist Tour Boats

Since 1846, millions of visitors including Presidents, Kings and Movie Stars have enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat tours of Niagara. It's one of the oldest tourist attractions in North America. Niagara Parks Greenhouses

Located on the Niagara Parkway just 500 metres south of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The greenhouse is open year-round daily from 9:30am, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. One section offers colourful massed arrangements of beautifully scented flowers of seasonal interest, flying tropical birds live in the greenhouse for your viewing pleasure. A gift shop is also located here.

Niagara Spanish Aero Car

The best way to see Niagara's fascinating Whirlpool is from high over head in our famous Spanish Aerocar. Suspended from sturdy cables, the Niagara Spanish Areo Car offers a wonderful view of the Rapids, the Whirlpool, the Gorge, the Hydro-Electric Plants down the river, and can wave to those fishing ion the riverbank below.

People Mover Train

People Mover buses have been up and running since 1985, the People Mover System provides visitors with a worry-free way of travelling to Niagara's most scenic sights. People Movers operate daily starting late April to mid June from 10:00am, mid June to the end of August from 9:00am and September to mid October from 10:00am. Admissions are, adults $4.25, children (6-12) $2.25, 5 years and under are free.

Queen Victoria Park

The parkland area which is adjacent to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls is truly a royal garden setting and yours to enjoy free of charge. It was named after Queen Victoria. The park was established in 1885. Queen Victoria Park provides the best view of both cataracts, Summer and Winter, an ideal place to stroll while you watch the coloured night lighting of the Falls and our summer "Falls Friday Fireworks" display.

Queenston Heights Park
